YESS cukup banyak merilis kaset Gino Vannelli, dimana yang tercatat diluar nomor ghoib jika ada sebanyak 6 kaset yaitu, Crazy Life, The Gist Of Gemini, A Pauper In Paradise, Night Walker, Black Cars, Big Dreamer Never Sleep

Rilisan paling awal adalah kaset dengan nomor seri 091-Crazy Life (1973). Dengan warna gradasi hijau era rilisan awal, dengan tulisan YESS berwarna biru metalic, diduga dirilis setelah tahun 1975. 

Terlihat agak aneh dalam penyajian. Dimana biasanya judul utama kaset akan mempunyai sisipan di Side B adalah album sebelumnya atau dari artis lain dalam kurun waktu yang sama atau tahun sebelumnya. Namun dalam kaset ini, mengingat album Crazy Life hanya berdurasi sekitar 24 Menit, dan masih tersisa 36 menit, sehingga untuk mengisinya diambil dari album Storm At Sunup (1975) dengan hanya tidak menyertakan lagu Gettin' High.

Kaset ini lebih merupakan split album, dimana Side A diisi oleh EGG album Civil Surface (1974), sementara Side B diisi oleh group Hatfield And The North album The Rotters' Club (1975).

Entah apa pertimbangannya split ini, sehingga EGG Civil Surface sebagai judul kaset malah tidak muncul semua lagunya. Lagu Wind Quartet I, Nearch dan Wind Quartet II pun tidak muncul di kaset ini.

Pertengahan 80 an jelas merupakan periode galau bagi musik progresif, setelah badai Punk mereda, wabah New Wave pun melanda dunia, beberapa band prog dan Hard Rock merubah haluan musiknya, Genesis, Queen hingga YES pun tertimpa wabah itu. Dan periode itu juga menjadi periode galau rilisan YESS dengan rilisan non prog dan jazz rock fusion.

Salah satu band prog rock yang dirilis YESS dengan aroma baru adalah YES dengan kaset no 478 - YES-90125 (1983). YES memang berubah drastis dialbum ini, dari biasanya meliuk liuk menjadi tegas dan lugas.

Beruntung ada 3 lagu dari punggawa YESS Chris Squire di album solo nya Fish out of Water (1975) yang masih memberikan cita rasa progresif itu
